Large Sales Team of the Year!

The Utah Dave Team was awarded the Large Sales Team of the Year for 2009!

Friday, March 5 the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® recognized and honored the top real estate professionals in the area. The winners were chosen by their peers for outstanding performance during 2009. The Salt Lake Board stated, “These real estate professionals have achieved extraordinary career benchmarks of success, provided exemplary quality client service, proven personal perseverance, indispensable dedication and inspirational community service.”

In reference to Utah Dave specifically they said, “In the biggest recession in Utah’s history, Utah Dave (Robison & Co.) was able to increase its revenue by 50% by focusing on each team member’s talents with no thought of reward. The team includes: Dave Robison, Grant Thomas, Jared Springer, Joe Martin, Amy Jaten, Jessica Fullmer, Matt deRosier, Emily Lowry, Steve Martin and Kent Sorensen.”

We would not have been able to do this without all the friends we have made this past year. It has been a privilege to help so many families find homes during this time. The referrals, positive interaction, and team support have all contributed to our growth. We look forward to being able to continue to serve our clients, as well as their friends and family as we emerge from this difficult time.

2010 has started strong and we look forward to the future growth of our community. Thank you to all the hard working individuals who have endured this difficult time and keep striving to improve our economy.

  3. Dave, congratulations on a well deserved award! There is always business in any market and cream rises to the top. It doesn't happen without diligence and a lot of hard work. That's why so many have left the business...
